Welcome to the Style Studio. This Guesthouse Studio is the perfect place for a couples getaway, girls weekend, bridesmaids, or TCU parents/alums heading in for the game!

Property amenities include, a beautiful pool with waterfall and tanning deck, Blackstone Grill under covered patio, Large covered outdoor dining area and a permanent outdoor movie screen with projector. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas including a private balcony area overlooking the pool.
At night, this property truly comes to life! Multi-colored LED mood lights illuminate the outdoor space.

We are ready to greet you with a full coffee bar including, a french press, pour over, and coffee grinder. A coffee pot and Keurig system are also available for use as well a Kettle for hot tea.
Garage access is available for 1 vehicle. remaining vehicles can be parked in the street.
The Style Studio is located in the center of everything DFW has to offer! Just 2 miles from the campus of Texas Christian University and Downtown Fort Worth. Only 5 miles from the Historic Stockyards!
DFW airport is just 30 minutes away. This property also has easy access to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Coliseum, The Fort Worth Zoo, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, American Airlines Center, Clearfork, Trinity River (and trails), Panther Island, the hospital district and much more! Plus, easy access to see the TCU games, the Rangers, the Cowboys, or NASCAR and only a 30 min drive to Dallas.
Our favorite hangout area is Magnolia Avenue and South Main Street where you can discover local breweries and wineries, specialty restaurants and bodegas, plus curated shopping experiences - including our boutique shop, Winton and Waits.

The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh wifi network with the highest speed available.
Washer and Dryer available for use by guests during their stay.

Notes from the owners:
1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low to not disturb surrounding properties.

2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.

3. Please park in in designated areas only.

4. Remove any trash during or after your stay into the trashcans outdoors located at the end of the walkway by gate

Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show.

Fun staycation and weekend getaway

This is a diamond of a place! Clean, luxurious amenities, great location, adorable, covered parking, private yard (so nice). Highly recommend as long as you don't want to stay on the weekends that I will be in Fort Worth :) Once the word is out, this place will book fast. A hidden gem!

We've stayed at many places around Ft Worth while visiting our son at TCU, and this is one of the top. We'd never before even driven through Ryan Place, a beautiful historic neighborhood that's ideal for early-morning walks. The Studio is very comfortable and well-appointed. A great location!

Super convenient, clean, comfortable location! I was worried when I realized I booked a guesthouse, but then Jenna assured me of how private and comfortable the guest house would be. Loved the property & all of the details Jenna put into it. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Wish I could hire Jenna to do my own interior decorating. I loved her style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We loved the pool & were able to use the Blackstone grill one night for burgers to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Jenna was very responsive to any issues / questions we had. I would definitely stay there again & would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

Cute Place

We spent a girls week at this location with me, my sister and adult daughter. Spent the morning hanging out by the pool then a short drive to the Stockyards in the afternoon for dinner, horseback riding, shopping, watching the cattle run, and seeing our first rodeo. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. All linens supplied as well as towels for pool, shampoo and conditioner, soap and a basket of extras under the sink in case you forget your toothbrush, deoderant, razor, cream, etc…. I was able to do laundry to refresh our clothes for the end of the week. Jenna was easy to contact with questions and quick replies.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I felt right at home from the moment we stepped into this charming place! Thank you Jenna and Ty for offering such a clean and restful home away from home and your wonderful hospitality! Centrally located, we enjoyed visiting friends in Fortworth, the Stockyards and Jenna and Ty's reccomendation of Provender Hall for dinner! With a cool week in the area, we especially appreciated the porch over the pool that we could sip our coffee on while wrapped in a blanket and the spa!! And, we have to mention the amazing bed! Great night sleep was had and especially appreciated after a busy conference! Thank you two for all the goodies too-we had our friends over before going to a store, but Jenna and Ty's amenities even allowed us to offer something to drink! Hope to be back next Spring!!
