Pros: The interior design is exquisite . The bed and swivel chair was soft and comfortable. I like the TV had a greeting with my name. Personal touch. The breakfast was delicious and my lunch was to die for. The restaurant staff was friendly.
Cons: My room was jot cleaned, i had to call them to clean it. When they clean my room. They did not take out the trash. They did not refill the tea bags. The after waitress blouse was so wrinkled, i was suprised the manager did not ask her to iron it. Image is everything and I was disappointed because there are irons in almost every room in the hotel. The front desk lady seven could could be more pleasant. No one smiles except the lady at the coffee bar. She was professional, helpful and pleasant to be around. The front desk staff are a representation of the sheraton brand and I was disappointed that they did not dress professional. Sheraton is supposed to be a luxury brand. With that being said I enjoyed my stay and will come again.
