The exterior appearance of the property is nice but the rooms are another story. Not clean at all. Carpet is dirty and the walls looks... Let just say put a black light you gonna see some stuff.
Not to mention the people who live there full time are sketchy. The room next door sell all night and it smells like the devil's lettuce. I don't knock ppl hustle but get you a trap pad.
Room service was weird. If I didn't have the chain on the door they would of walked right in. When I asked for towels I had to exchange dirty ones. The lady literally counted the towels in front of my room door. Trust me those towels are like county jail towels. Not stealable.
If I would of knew it was like this I would've paid a few dollars more for Marriott down the street .

Customer service was great, however the room had a very unpleasant smell that penetrated the sheets. Also, my wife woke up with hair that did not belong to her stuck on her clothes.
