Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for a funeral and the property manager was very responsive and accommodating for the last minute check in, day of reservation. The location was perfect for us since all the arrangements were in Bedford and Colleyville. We also made a trip into Fort Worth, so that was convenient too.
The house was nice, a typical ranch style original to the area. The mattresses were all very comfortable, firm and seemed new. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated well with higher end finishes, though the rest of the renovations seemed to just cover underlying issues. There was a mildew, musty smell, guessing there may be some water damage that was covered up by the flooring. The jack and jill bathroom shower was small so it was tough to keep the water from leaking out the door, so just laid towels down to absorb.
The number of rooms was perfect for our family of 5, parents with adult kids.
We didn't use the hot tub or pool, but they looked nice. Amenities were nice, provided soap, towels, laundry, etc.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have nothing good to say about the house- it is sad, tired and not fresh at all. When we arrived for our week long stay, the floors were not clean. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floors, some of the towels were dirty and there was even dried mud on the coffee table. The kitchen cabinets didn’t look like they had been wiped out in some time. The outside fence is falling apart, the furniture is not comfortable and the house sits directly on a busy road with loud traffic noise, especially early morning hours. The next door neighbors were smoking weed outside on a nightly basis. 4/6 of us had cold showers the first morning we were there. To the managing companies credit, they sent a cleaning crew out to clean the floors and were quick to respond to any questions we had, however I cannot recommend booking this house to anyone.

Excellent Stay!!!

The space was large enough for each of us to feel comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with needed accommodations including a Keurig for much needed morning coffee. The property manager communications was quick and accommodating. Loved our stay!

Work excursion
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe booked the home as it was close to my husbands office and it had a pool! The house was lovely and had everything we could ever need. The owners were responsive and easy to work with.
The 4-stars for location is simply because we had a small dog that requires walks. The area was not great for walking our four-legged toddler due to the street, NOT the area. We felt totally safe in the area, the street just could get busy.
We really did love the house and the master bed was AMAZING!

Quick trip to see family
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty was as shown in pictures, it was very comfortable and large enough for all of us. Most importantly it was very clean. The check in process gave me a little anxiety. I don't know if I missed a step on the way there, but I thought I had filled out everything I needed too. I hadn't received a door code, so I messaged at 3:45 for a 4:00 check in and the host asked lot of questions. Had me wait in the driveway for about 20 minutes while he "checked things out". I guess we passed whatever he had to check out and were very pleased with the house. Later I found out from my sister that people had been renting houses in North Richland Hills and throwing large parties and trashing houses. So that may have been what happened here.
