Not a respectful place
We did not get to stay, due ro the fact the the host was unavailable. Never receive the apartments number are instruction on how to enter the apartment. You did receive payment in full the day the apartment was book! Now we are fighting to get a refund! We will never again book with you!

Scam
Do not book. This is a scam. The host never contacted me and I was stranded in Fort Worth with no place to stay. This put my safety at risk greatly. I still have not heard from the host and it is the next day and my booking window is over.

Does not accomodate as listed. Newly remodeled.
The key fob did not open the entrance gate.The listing stated that soaps and towels were included. There was only 1 wash cloth in the apartment for 6 people and the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Listing stated that the apartment had 1 bedroom, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The facility did have 2 beds however photos of the new set up in the living room space would have allowed is to better decide if this unit was right for our family and the space we needed. With the bed and futon in the living room there is no adequate seating. This wouldn't be an issue if you were not spending much time in the unit. However with only one bathroom we were forced to be there much more time than we expected. The bathroom was not cleaned properly along with the other areas of the rental. The photos I will send you will attempt to show you details of this for your use in resolving the issue with your cleaning service provider. Overall the unit was nice and the grounds of the facility were very nicely kept outside with the exception of the spill that was not cleaned up outside your units door. With receiving access to the facility late due to cleaners running behind and still the unit was not cleaned properly, I do feel that we should be accommodated by offsetting the service and cleaning fees of our rental and the bare minimum. I do wish you the best in resolving your current issues and believe that with resolution your unit would be a nice accommodation for people in the future.
