The Sinclair, Autograph Collection, Fort Worth

The Sinclair - Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Fort Worth area. Concierge and front desk were extremely welcoming and warm upon arrival and all throughout my stay. My room was very clean (trust that I look at multiple reviews before deciding on what hotel I stay in, cleanliness is my top priority - and it was immaculate. Upgraded features in the room, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and very quaint. The ONLY issue I had was staying right next to the elevator. I can't wait to come back, but will make sure I ask for a room not by the elevator. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sinclair!

There was remnants from the previous reservation in my room… like red petals, a bottle of wine, and 2 balloons. Just doesn’t make me feel the best knowing these items weren’t cleaned. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Very nice people, great food downstairs, and fun stuff to do around the hotel. All in all, it was just a decent stay.

Excellent atmosphere and customer service

Excellenance in customer service and customer satisfaction from the start of your stay to the time of check out. The valet team is amazing and took great care of me and my daughter, from opening doors for us to using an umbrella to make sure were dry during a thunderstorm. They always had smiles on their faces. The front staff and the bellman made sure everything wad taken care of including sending a bottle of champagne to our room to help us celebrate my birthday. I would recommend to everyone.
