Fomos bem recepcionados, o hotel tem uma excelente localização o q nos fez escolher essa hospedagem. Recepção muito linda e agradável, os quartos são grandes, cama de casal grande tmbm, além de terem opções de passeios que facilita bastante. Os pontos negativos são: apenas um elevador e bem pequeno por sinal, temos q esperar bastante tempo p conseguir o acesso no período da manhã. Os colchões são moles e lençóis encardidos, cheiro de mofo, café da manhã mto fraco, demoram p repor as coisas, faltava talheres, tinha somente uma moça para fazer tudo, então as mesas ficavam sujas, tínhamos que retirar os pratos dos outros hóspedes para conseguir tomar café, deixou a desejar nessa parte.

Nossa estadia foi aconchegante, fomos muito bem recebidos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários, temos apenas uma ressalva para o funcionamento do chuveiro do apartamento 104 que fica pingando. O sinal de Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente, tem estacionamento, tem maleiro, elevador, custo benefício excelente.

Bom. Vamos lá. Pra começar eles tem q deixa bem claro que só há 10 vagas de estacionamento quem chegar pega primeiro. Chegamos em pleno 31 de dezembro às 19 horas e fomos informados que não havia vaga na garagem, e nem sabiam informar ontem tinha estacionamento, que aliás não tem próximo do hotel, o mais próximo é a 700 metros já próximo da orla da praia, ficamos em um quarto onde o ar condicionado pingava a noite inteira dentro do quarto. Pedi para trocar de quarto fomos para um quarto até que bom porém o problema era o chuveiro que pingou 24 horas todos os dias que fiquei lá do dia 31 de dezembro de 2024 até 9 de janeiro de 2025 pedi várias vezes para alguém arrumar porém não obtive resultado. Os quartos nunca vi isso na minha vida tudo com forro de PVC tudo embolorado as paredes chuveiro que um dia esquenta e no outro não as toalhas não tem condições de secar com elas além de encardidas muito gastas. Teve dia que tive que pedir papel higiênico na recepção pois não tinha no quarto. A única coisa que eles deixam é dois sabonetes não tem touca nem shampoo. Em frente o hotel tem um bar que não tem hora para o som desligar música ao vivo às vezes meia-noite às vezes uma ou duas da manhã então se você pensa em descansar cedo esquece. Bom o café da manhã poucas opções bem fraquinho teve dia que o presunto acabou e não tinha pois foram comprar. Quero aqui agradecer e ressaltar que tenho os colaboradores muito bom como a camareira Dani. Camareira e o recepcionista Thiago .

Péssima experiência. Chuveiro pingando sem parar, não conseguimos dormir pois o barulho não deixava, quarto com cheiro de mofo, cortinas cheias de mofo, cama péssima. No café da manhã, as mesas sujas, não repuseram algumas comidas. Não recomendo!

Pior hotel que já fiquei

Posso não estar lembrando, mas esse foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. Só não tive problemas com o atendimento, o restante muito ruim. Elevador pequeno e ruim, café da manhã fraco, limpeza dos quartos muito ruim, fala que tem estacionamento, mas sempre estava cheio independente do horário que você chegasse. A administração precisa dar uma melhorada na infraestrutura.

O hotel é bom pra quem procura pouco conforto e preço mais em conta. O pessoal nos atendeu muito bem. A estrutura é velha, nosso banheiro estava sem uma parte do box, o que o deixava bem molhado, além disso a torneira vazava muito, constantemente e o chuveiro pingando. O café da manhã não tem muita variedade. E o quarto ficou dois dias sem limpar.
