Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash Cleaning deposit: BRL 250.00 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 250 per accommodation, per stay
• Electricity fee: BRL 1.80 per stay for use per kWh.
• A damage deposit of BRL 610.00 will be collected before check-in.
