La maison est spacieuse et confortable, toujours fraîche . Très bien équipée .
Les différentes terrasses nous ont permis de prendre nos repas à l’abri du soleil .
Quant à la piscine ,dotée de nombreux transats , nous y avons jouis d’une vue époustouflante.
Les photos de la maison ne sont pas à la hauteur de la réalité.
Tout est d’une grande propreté et de grande qualité .
Je recommande cette location .

Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWir waren eine Woche in Vallecchia Sotto, und haben die Ruhe, die warmen Tage und kühlen Nächte sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön restauriert, bietet viel Platz für elf Erwachsene, hat zwei großzügige, gut ausgestattete Küchen, und der Swimmingpool ist groß genug, um wirklich schwimmen zu können - ein Vergnügen nicht nur am frühen Morgen. Der Blick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge ist beeindruckend, die Anfahrt braucht auf den letzten Metern Mut und Schwung. Aber sie lohnt sich! Vielen Dank an Hennie, die freundliche Verwalterin, die für eventuelle Fragen gerne zur Verfügung stand.

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit den Badezimmern ist super- jeder hat quasi sein eigenes Bad. Alles bis auf die Küche war sehr sauber. Es waren ausreichend Liegen für jeden im Poolbereich.
Alles in allem- top!

Breathtaking Views
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived at our place we were relieved as the drive up the mountain was a bit scary the closer we got. When we opened the doors we were ecstatic at how nice the house was. Better than the online pictures. So much space and the views were breathtaking and different every morning. Wildlife out our back door. So many fire flies. Henné the property manager was so friendly and accommodating and helpful. Brought us coffee even after I said we were going for our own she arrived to meet us without any then went back out to get us some when I said we got lost going to the store. The little store we eventually found and it was really so easy to get to where we could order fresh bread for next day pick up. Henné gave us many tips and ideas of things to do in the area which we ran out of time to do. Maybe someday we’ll be back. The one tip I would give getting to the place is there’s a sign that says Vallechia. It’s a sharp left going upwards then the first sharp right. A sign at the sharp right would be most helpful as we missed it and had to back down the steep road. But once we arrived and knew where we were going I highly recommend this location👍

NB - for future guests, it is only the last 5 minutes of the journey that is on a bendy and hilly road, and for most of that it is wide enough for school buses etc. Mostly 2 cars can pass and if not, then there are passing places. After it has been done once, it becomes easy.

Not as expected
Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhen we arrived there were numerous faults with the property as it was not as we had anticipated. The refridgerator had a problem, the washing machine had no handle, and there was no hot water downstairs. These are not items you expect.
In addition the path to the front door was overgrown and not kept. The property had 2 elements , which was what we wanted as we have some disabilities, however the property is totally unsuited to people with disabilities.
Additionally the road up is a nightmare, the instructions on how to get there are wrong, leading to a major problem in finding the place.
On the plus side the views are tremendous. just needs some TLC and clarity in the description.

We are so sorry the 2nd fridge was not chilling properly on arrival, and also that there was a temporary washing machine handle in place whilst we were waiting for a new one. Hot water disappearing at the bottom apartment 2 days into your holiday.must have been the icing on the cake, and incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, all the items were outside our control but fixed as quickly as possible with engineers arriving within 24 hours maximum of items reported.
With regards to arrival, we did send detailed directions to you, with a google map link too, which we understand you did not download. We are glad you found the property with telephone guidance from us.
Thank you for your comments re the driveway. This is a 160M long country approach and the land here is not part of the gardens so it is not strimmed and cut each week as we do with the gardens and pool area etc. The sides of the driveway are strimmed down a few times per year. We will however pass your comments to the gardener.
Re your comments concerning the advert, we have re-read it and cannot find any errors, but please feel free to contact us and show us where the advert is incorrect. If you are referring to the issue re disabilities, it does not say on the advert that this house is suitable for guests with disabilities and I am afraid we cannot find any correspondence from you at all advising you wanted this particular house for this reason.
We are glad you found some positives, and enjoyed those beautiful views, and we hope you enjoyed your lunch with the chef too. Again, we are sorry that you had such a bad start to your stay.
