Very beautiful hotel and room and best service

It was a great experience that I had at this beautiful Sofitel hotel. The spacious rooms are very beautiful and very comfortable, the service was perfect, welcoming and very pleasant. Phoenix was exceptional and provided perfect service and very efficient service and took care of all details and made my stay very pleasant. I recommend this beautiful and welcoming hotel and I will book there again in the future. The location is perfect. I had again an amazing experience. Thank you to the hotel team and in particular to Phoenix for its high quality of service.

Overall pretty nice stay. Only issue was that there was no microwave in the room, so we had to ask one of the attached dining areas if they could heat up leftovers for us. After one agreed the night before, when we arrived the morning we wanted to heat up food, they told us they needed to charge us around 30 RMB (~5 USD) per dish.
