I forgot my wallet in my twon and the service was very rude to not help me to find a way. I ask to do an Apple Pay and he said I don’t think this work.luckily for me Apple Pay worked. But I almost have to sleep in the lobby 😬

Room light would not turn off due to faulty switch. I didn't discover this until I was in bed. Front desk offered me a new room but it was so inconvenient to move I chose to stay in my room. Light remained on and sleep remained limited.

There is an off putting smell in the hallways on the 1st and 2nd floors, nothing herbal, not even musky, just unpleasant. I found myself holding my breath or breathing through my mouth. My room itself did not smell so that was good. The room was clean just dated and worn down. Example the drapes had holes in them, shower curtain liner had a tear in it. Probably won't stay here again but it served its purpose.
