Great view

Some of the furniture needs changing like the dining room chairs that are very wobbly.3 bedrooms in basement are only doubles so like my son and his wife that are bigger people they had to sleep separately. All in all there was a great view and it was worth the prixe.

Posted Aug. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayWent on vacation with my Aunt, Uncle as well as our kids and their girlfriends. The rooms were great, nice view, a half a block from the water! Very close to Oak Island and Peggy's Cove! We highly recommend!

Disappointing
Posted Aug. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house is very dated, the basement is very musty smelling where 3 of the bedrooms are. I did not find it a comfortable place to stay. For what we were renting I found it very expensive for one night.

Beautiful location and nice cottage by the ocean
Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayQuite area on Fox point, walking distance to Fox Point beach and Kayak rentals. The house had a nice view of the ocean and equipped well for all your cooking needs. We spent alot of time on the big deck. Nice restaurants near by including lobster dinners. We loved our stay in Nova Scotia.

Cosy comfortable with a beautiful sunset view
Posted Aug. 16, 2022 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay close to local beaches, kayak/paddle board rentals and in between Halifax and Mahone Bay. The owner was very attentive and thoughtful of our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the owner brought family videos and yummy coffee for us. It was well equipped with a wonderful washer dryer, BBQ, waffle maker and coffee maker as well as many items for guests. The deck was handy to enjoy meals and watch the deer in the morning and water throughout the day and evening. I would recommend this property.

huis niet schoon

Camera was not in closet, it was pointing at front door in kitchen. And if it was that dirty why did you stay the weekend ,drink my coffee ,water and take showers in bathroom. I’m sorry it wasn’t what you expected ,but you did get reimbursed your whole fee and not charged for the weekend.
