Was not allowed to check in. They said I didn’t have a reservation and that they don’t take reservations with Travelocity just Expedia. I arrived very late after a long drive and check in person was sleeping on an office couch and wouldn’t look at my reservation on my phone just kept saying they didn’t have any rooms available and were completely booked. Luckily for me there was another hotel across the street that I was able to quickly check into.

I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience. I will address this with my staff so it can be fixed for next time.

I was refused service after making a same-day reservation through Expedia due to insect infestation after arriving at the motel. Expedia attempted but could not obtain an agreement for the proprietor to make a refund of the prepaid reservation. This makes for complete lack of untrustworthiness of this whole process. Avoid this property! And question whether you want to use Expedia. They work for proprietors, not consumers.

Front of desk isn't fluent in English, trouble checking in even with a gully paid reservation, bedbugs, TV and fridge are broken, one outlet without wall plate

I did not enjoy the fact that when I arrived at the front office, after having ALREADY PAID FOR MY ROOM, there was no one there. Instead a note saying "call me. Coming in two hours" was there to greet me. I called and reached who I can only assume was the owner and was informed that I was in luck, I would only have to wait an hour to get keys to my room that HAD BEEN PAID FOR, FOR THE PREVIOUS 4 HRS. To his credit the gentleman stated he would refund my money and allow me to have the room for free. Which he in fact did. The room was satisfactory, except the lack of any type of soap and the television being inoperable

The most awful place ive ever stayed in
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis was terrible i do not recommend anyone goin to this place unkess you want dirty sheets dirty shower and roaches crawling everywhere includeing the fridge it was awful i stayed for 2 hours and left i couldnt take it anymore.the inly reason i even went to this hotel is cuz my power was off.amd these idiots wpukdnt give me a refund.im so mad about this and really want my dam money back.i also have pics and videos to post as well.it wont let me post my pics!!
