Disappointed with the front desk staff on weekends as she is not friendly and not helpful. This hotel is located in the industry area where there is no supermarket nor eating place around. It is about 20mins away from the airport with light traffic. Breakfast is great!!

I do not like hidden prices and lack of true public information.I informed the hotel a few weeks in advance that I will come from a very late flight. Received an answer "no problem".When I landed and found the "hotel shuttles" place it was 21:30, maybe 21:32.When I called the hotel, they said that the last shuttle for today is left and I need to take a taxi on my own. The taxi price is about 45 Euro. With an additional 45 Euro I was able to take a hotel in the airport itself and did not need a shuttle at all. Morning shuttle is only one per hour, which is not so comfortable. Do you think it is free? No, Hotel shuttle costs an additional 5 Euro - it is a new hotel management direction starting after 6 December. One positive thing about the hotel - breakfast, but it starts at 7 only, so if you have an early morning flight, you miss it.

Stay at the Achat for one night, clean, but outdated. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Not much to do around the area unless you take an Uber or the train. 10am check out was too early. Price for one was good.
