The breakfasts were great, the gym facilities were good, the hotel was safe and quiet and there was always someone on duty at the desk that spoke English.

Please refund me , not one bit of sleep

Alarm went off 3 times during night resulting in everyone being evacuated due to technical issues so no sleep at all. Please can you refund me with 2 free hotel nights

Convenient business hotel

I stayed here while travelling on business. Easy to get to, and easy to park. Rooms look newly renovated. Great choice if you need a place to stay while travelling through that area.

Not a 4 star

Not a four star hotel - no phone, tablet does not work, no minibar. Have to go downstairs for any request. Poor service overall. Price hiked due to the business event in town (overpriced)
