Access processes communication should be improved
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HotelsI received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.

Great place to stay within a 15 minute walk to Terminal 2. Just as pictured, very clean and steps away from groceries, restaurants and a bakery. Fully equipped kitchen! Communication and booking process very smooth, codes to access the property with clear instructions provided in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.
