the location is superb, just in front of the Frankfurt Hbf.
the entrance to the property is a bit messy (the electronic key did not work).
they have two wifis, one of which has quite limited access to the Internet (the other is OK).
there seems to be no quiet hour rule and some roommates were quite noisy after midnight.

I thought it was my prejudice that Japanese people can't speak English. But after meeting you, I understood that Japanese people don't speak English.1. The first floor access key does not work with electricity. The regular key issued to you is the mast key and operates all doors. Our staff has told you this several times and it is also written on the notice. But you kept ringing the doorbell and treating us like dogs guarding the door.2. In our accommodation, lights are turned off in the common areas after 23:00, and quiet time is set until 08:00 the next morning. This regulation was implemented. But your roommate returned after 24:00. Is it our fault that they are not modest?I have greeted and spoken to you in Japanese several times. But you responded like someone who doesn't speak Japanese. Because of you, we no longer want to welcome older male Japanese guests.

スタッフの方々がとても親切な人たちで、サービスもよかった。一緒に宿泊していた人たちも皆さんフレンドリーで毎日楽しかったです。
フランクフルト中央駅から歩いてすぐのところにゲストハウスがあるので、治安はあまり良くありませんが気をつけていれば巻き込まれることはありません。
またフランクフルトによることがあったら利用したいと思います🐈

Perfect for a short stay
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HotelsIt is a hostel ran by Koreans so there might be some signs or instructions that are harder to understand. Reception is friendly, breakfast is great. Just try not to go to the red light district behind the hostel at night.
