My stay at was average overall. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the amenities to be somewhat lacking compared to what was advertised. The staff was friendly. The breakfast (17.00 Euros) offered was decent but could use more variety. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's room for improvement.

We stayed here with family. Hotel is in front of the subway station, 20 min to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof, 35 min to FRA. We had a deluxe apartment, sofa bed was comfortable for my daughters. Buffet breakfast is serviceable, nothing fancy. You do have to request to clean your room with 24 hours advance. Staff was helpful.

The screen sharing on the tv not working and in some rooms the AC is broken it gets stuck on hot mode even though its on cold and no its not on AUTO mode

This was an excellent option for our family, very conveniently located a minute away from the S Bahn station. We loved that there was a small kitchen and gym. We would definitely recommend.

Hotel is spotless and newly built this year. The S bahn Marktplatz is right in front of the hotel which is super convenient to get around There’s supermarket and a dm store right next to the hotel so you can get all the German goodies anytime The area is also filled up with cafes and restaurants so no complaints at all

No frills, comfortable stay.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good clean comfortable hotel that is right next to the S-bahn and gets your into Frankfurt in about 20mins. Not much happening around the area, a few restaurants and supermarket close by. Felt safe but not the most exciting part of town.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed! The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the underground station. A trip to Frankfurt Airport costs only €6 or €8 per way, and the hotel is a few meters from the station. The area is surrounded by plenty of fast food spots and shops, making it a super convenient and strategic location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is always smiling and eager to help. While breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, it's excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking to spend a couple of nights away from Frankfurt’s busy center. Plus, you can easily get to downtown Frankfurt in no time using the underground.

Great location in terms of transportation, ancces to famous farmers market and restaurants close by, and access to park along the river Main but does not feel very safe at night and lots of noise from major roads when windows are open. Very friendly staff!

The property was very clean, but not American friendly. I stayed 4 nights. There is no phone in the room to contact front desk. There are no amenities in the room. You have to walk down to front desk to request room service and complimentary water. There are no American channels on the television. We were right next to the gym, in which you could hear people dropping weights late at night. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep because it was hot.
