Extremely bad dont be fooled by the picture

It was so dirty and smelly the place was not a hotel at all. I complained about the dirt and smell in the room the gentelman at reception said best he can do is spray the room. I asked for a refund he said too late. I have attached picture of entrace to my room which i showed the reception guy. He siad its not direcly in you room. It smells of damp and mould and mould in the picture explains why.

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sticky floors as soon as we arrived, broken shower stand, bathroom constantly smelt of urine, cigarette burn marks in the bedsheets. All drawers were stained. Corridors smelt strongly of cannabis. It was clear the other guest were smoking in their rooms. Staff however were lovely but overall I am far from pleased with my stay. The pictures did not represent the rooms at all.

Absolutely not

Disgusting. Rooms were in awful condition, mould on the walls, cockroaches on the floor. Doesn’t look a thing like the photos. Do not stay here even if you’re desperate. The street is unsafe, full of crack heads.

What I like: friendly staff who arranged lower level when he noticed our luggage’s. What I not like: sticky torn flooring, insufficient lighting in room, minimal amenities in room/hotel, noisy surroundings till early morning

This hotel was not as advertised. First, it has no elevator and we were given a room on the 5th floor with 3 giant bags of luggage we had to lug up and down. Second, the room we stayed in clearly had the door kicked in in the recent past. There was a chunk of doorframe that had been replaced (unpainted and held together by caulk and a handful of screws). Third, the area it is in is very unsafe. We had to dodge a bunch of people asking us for money and also trying to sell us their beers as we got in. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no AC and we were only given a desk fan to cool the entire room, and all night heard people yelling and arguing. This was the most scared I've ever been while traveling. Our room had a bunch of bugs in the bathroom and overall did not feel clean. The bed itself was horrible. It was hard and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows known to man. Please heed my warning - do NOT book!!!

The pictures are nothing like what the property was. The hotel is located in a less desirable location of the city. There is only on street parking and very little of it located around the hotel. It is an old building with no air conditioning (my fault for not looking closer at the listing). This is definitely where you get what you pay for.

The shared bathrooms were not clean, especially the walls and the shared shower had no hook to hang clean clothes or a towel. The room was hot but you couldn’t keep the window open both due to noise and smoking but also I was on a fire escape and anyone could have come inside. Wifi cut out every 5 minutes. Would not stay here again and I had to extend my time in Frankfurt by a night and stayed for the same price down the street in a much nicer and cleaner place.

Really good budget hotel , could stand a "freshing up ( paint , upgrade in lighting, decor). Great location ,friendly staff. Shared toilet/ shower very clean. Small but comfortable bed.

No ac they had mobile small fans in the rooms which was surprising to me. The pics they post is nothing what the rooms look like. It is smelly. Definitely not worth the price a night. Definitely wont stay there again even for a night.

All the bedding was stained. Put clean sheets on top. Holes in wardrobe n walls. No screen in shower. Main door to room falling off hinges. Towels not full-size. EXTREMELY noisy area. Early morning n late at night lots of ppl yelling. No lift so have to carry luggage up steep stairs. Can walk from Hauptbahnhof- it’s one redeeming value

I had to walk up 4 flights of narrow stairs with a full suitcase and carry-on. There is no phone in the room and therefore no contact with the front desk. The hotel door is locked at Midnight or thereabouts and a man sleeping in a chair in the entrance hall (not a lobby) has to wake up to let you in. Of course there are no hair dryers and the washroom and shower are shared with 4 other rooms. Remember Germany is pot friendly and this 'hotel' is one block from the red light district. Area is full of rough-looking characters who may not be able to speak English. Not a very clean area. One of very few hotels who provide you with an actual key to access your room.
