Seulement une dizaines de minutes de l'aeroport. Navette gratuite entre l'hotel et l'aéroport entre 5:00 am et 21:45. On en a profité pour visiter la ville de Francfort.

Staff was very rude on check in and check out. It's an airport hotel; it shouldnt be unreasonable for me to ask for them to keep our bags stashed for a couple hours before our room would be ready. The shuttle was convenient but very busy in the morning and a lack of a lineup or reservation made it frustrating.

We stay here twice a year when transiting between Seattle and Warsaw. Great easy location to the airport, very nice helpful staff. Shuttle drivers are the best! great helpful guys that. The only thing I would suggest that would be cost beneficial to the hotel, and MUCH better for guests, is to get rid of the goofy hard to understand coffee machines in the rooms. I ruin 5 cups to get one good one. It's costing the hotel, and no benefit over a simple hot water kettle and packet of good instant coffee.
