Economical apartment in Frankfurt for a conference

The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly!
The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. My "intimate" balcony room was very small, so much so that you can only open the balcony door about 1 foot because the it runs into the bed. Some of the dishes were dirty and the inside bottoms of the trash cans had not been washed out.
I had no problem with the wifi. There were only a few channels on the TV that got consistent reception; no channels in English.
Cooking/dinnerware geared to one person which was my expectation.
There is a wonderful grocery store right across the street from the apartment building. You can hear the trains going by - a bit louder for rooms on the train track side.

That was wonderfull. Nice appartement with balcony. Big enough for two people. Front of the building you will find big supermarket Rewe. Just 2 minutes to the place you will find a Tram station number 17. the only problem that we had was about dishes. it was not enough glas en plate in the appartement. Toilet paper was not ook enough and we have bought it ourselves. We knew that there is no daily cleaning but at least they could put extra toilet paper and one blanket. It was cold on the weekend of 22 april. the rest great and i really recommend to book this place.

Unverschämt. Ich hatte was im Zimmer vergessen nach meinem check out ist direkt das Reinigungspersonal in das Zimmer.
Beim bemerken am Abend habe ich sofort dem Kundenservice geschrieben, da das Reinigung Personal mein Gegenstand sicherlich gefunden hat. Es hieß man melde sich bei mir am folge Tag, bis heute kam keine Rückmeldung. Sehr unverschämt. Lieber ein Hotel was mehr kostet mit Rezeption und besserem Kundenempfinden als dieses wieder zu buchen.

Ottimo hotel con appartamenti, all’interno si trova tutto il necessario per cucinare e per godersi la permanenza a Francoforte. Vicino al REWE e alla fermata di tram e treno.
