Great apartment, clean and modern, newly decorated/fitted, has everything you need. Separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space. Perfect to bring our daughter back for naps. Amazing location in the middle of town. Quiet apartment despite overlooking the Christmas markets. Finding check in wasn’t the easiest - you go somewhere else to get a code so you then go to your appt building to use the code to collect the key from a box on the wall, and then you have to go in and out the building to walk across a courtyard to find your appt - not the clearest instructions, but the appt is worth it! They never responded to my questions about a cot either so I would have to say poor communication.

Great location! Clean and roomy!
The suite itself was clean and well sized with a small kitchen (that we didn’t use). It was really well situated for meandering through the Christmas markets and old town. My only complaint was that the WiFi for our room was very unstable; we had to connect to our friends’ who were starting in the room next door.

Mixed is an understatement!
We booked the “executive” room with extra space and a fully functioning kitchen, including an oven. However, we received a smaller room with a microwave that had a “convection” setting. Initially, we thought it was false advertising. On the second day, we called the helpline to complain and in turn got our correct room. Clarifications: The executive room does have a functioning oven, but ensure you get the correct room. The air conditioning does not work; the controllers in each room are not adjustable. (Could not provide a reason as to why.) The rooms have a hair dryer, although it’s not listed. The room is spacious with movable furniture and comfortable sheets, though experiences may vary. Room service only includes bin changing; bring extra bin bags (We needed to provide our own, for a two-person, Mon-Fri stay). Hotel key / card system is unique and simple. For cooking, you WILL need to buy basic necessities like oil and tin foil. The smart TVs work, but connecting a wireless device requires a passcode, which the hotel refused to provide. (Could not provide a reason as to why.) No towel service was provided during our stay, which is usually standard in most hotels. The lacking of a lobby / helpdesk was VERY noticeable with our problems on this visit. Would we stay again? Yes, with the right room. Would we recommend? Yes, for location, size, and quality. Does the listing need adjustment for accuracy? Yes.

Modern, clean, quiet room in the middle of the city. Checkin with code & key is as easy as it can get when you read the confirmation message and are able to enter a 6 digit code.

A unique experience for a hotel, you are basically going to be staying in a condominium with every convenience you could ask for. It is located with restaurants within very short walking distance. The only thing you have to be aware of is that you have to pay careful attention to the emails that you receive as you receive a key from, a remote host dispenser, after hours there is nobody there.

Really disappointed with our stay. Check in was a major inconvenience. We waited outside with my baby for over 30 minutes and talked to multiple people before someone could give us the door code. We were given the wrong room key and had to call back to get it replaced. Then we had to lug our child and all our luggage around the block to enter from a different address than we were provided. Ultimately missed our dinner reservation due to the delay. Tried to get compensated for this inconvenience and were denied.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, modern, quiet. The only issue is checking in. IF you use Expedia, you must call them and request the email with the code. Write the code down as you may not have internet. Even after putting the code in, we had problems opening the door. But, once this was resolved it was a perfect stay. I will definitely be coming here again.

We stayed at the Goethe property. Keep mind the check-in is in a different location, just follow the email. The place is a studio, all brand new and has everything you need for a long stay. The bathroom was spotless. Impecable everything, think IKEA. Customer Service was superb, they went above and beyond when needed assistance. Close to the fun area (restaurants and bars) walking distance from the river, old downtown and train to central station and airport. This has been one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed, 5 stars!

Schönes Design und sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Check-in war wirklich nicht gut. Aufgrund der bisherigen Bewertungen hatte ich sogar vorab per Email angefragt. Meine Anfrage wurde jedoch einfach abgetan mit der Empfehlung bis zum Anreisetag zu warten. Hat dann natürlich nicht funktioniert. Mit mehrfachen Telefonaten hat es eine ganze Stunde gedauert bis wir schließlich die App und den Zugangscode hatten. Zum Glück hatten wir uns noch vor der Anreise darum gekümmert.

Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in.

Clean, comfortable and modern, central location with easy access to everywhere you want to go by foot or public transportation. Living area in the executive suite was smaller than expected. Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day.
