Maria, you booked a room via a third party with two beds. Yes, this room sleeps up to four people but you only booked it for two when in fact there were three people staying. We charged you the rate for the third person which is taxable. This is why it was 10.98. We told you to call the third party you booked with to verify which you refused to do. Also, your deposit was refunded same day so we are not making excuses to keep your money. You were told once housekeeping cleans the room and verifies there was no damage it will be refunded. There is no need to for these false accusations since you did not understand. We can send you the final receipt if you would like showing the refund. Please let us know.

Hi, James. We apologize if your visit with us was not satisfactory. While you were fabricating complaints about the amenities to obtain a refund, our staff went above and above in providing exceptional service. After our team looked into your complaint which you rescinded since it was false. The entire property had running water, in spite of your complaint that there was none in the room. Once more, we apologize if you thought that the five-star service we offered was insufficient. God bless and stay safe.
