They charge a $25 fee at the gront desk. I always have an issue with this.

Hello Roger W,Thank you for staying with us. We have taken 25.00 for incidental deposit when you checkout after cheing your room we will give 25.oo Cash deposit.We didnt take any fee from you. That was incidental deposit if you made with third party reservation as per hotel rules we have to charge the 25.00 cash deposit.Thanks you.Prakash Lad General ManagerFranklin ky.

Arrived late room was clean and ready when we arrived night manager was nice and took care of everything in a timely manor beds were comfortable and ac cold good place to stay

The bathroom was very clean. There were bugs on the floor. There was hair all over the floor and the sink. I did not even dare sleep inside the blankets, not to mention they booked a smoking room.

Best Days Inn stay we’ve ever had. Good quick breakfast and very nice staff. Good value as well.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to be on the 1st floor and it was quiet plus clean. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.
