Not for solo women

The reception was nice and the bed and bathroom were clean, but the first thing I noticed when I walked into my room was that it was extremely damp. I couldn’t walk barefoot without my feet feeling sticky and wet, and there was an overwhelming musty smell. One lamp shade looked like it had mold growing on it. I also felt very unsafe as a solo female traveler. There were several different groups of men standing outside their doors in every section of the motel, even though it was late on a work night, and I didn’t see a single other woman. They were loud all night, and even woke me up at 6 am yelling. When I left around 6:45 am the outside reeked of beer, and as soon as I walked out the door the men stopped talking and just stared at me as I headed to my car. I had a terrible gut feeling the whole time and I’m glad to be out of there.

Our toilrt backed up i called and they told me they would take care of it next am ,they didnt they kept wanting to.put us in a double room not king .we left

The proprietor was very nice and the room and bathroom were clean but in need of updating. Lampshades were dirty and damaged, no facial tissue, no glass for drinking, couldn’t get the air conditioning regulated. Below expected standards for Econo Lodge previous experiences.
