I thought the hot breakfast was good. The room was clean and super location.

The property around the motel was not being used and was not a good neighbor.

I booked my stay through Expedia and received an email confirmation. However, after driving nearly 4 hours, I was told that I had no reservation and the hotel was full. I explained to the staff I had a confirmation number, even showing my itinerary and confirmation email. However, I was continuously told that I had no reservation and the rooms were full. The hotel stated they never received information from Expedia concerning my stay. Additionally, the hotel staff women showed zero compassion nor made any attempt to assist me in finding alternative lodging. I sent an email and left several voicemail messages for Eric, the manager, but as of yet I have not received a return call or response to my email. It appears the lack of customer service is top down. Very disappointed, would not recommend, first impressions are lasting and this was awful!
