Quiet cabin
Posted Sep. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayExcellent cabin to try to unplug from the everyday hussle. Jacuzzi was excellent. We left early due to the impending Hurricane Helene but we will stay here again.

Great Anniversary trip
Posted Aug. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayThe home was great. Had everything and then some. It was so nice and peaceful. Tucked away in the mountains. Communication with Mike and his wife were spot on. We would stay there again for sure.

Great location, comfortable house in the mountains
Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at the house. Big enough for my husband, myself and three twenty something kids. We loved the hot tub after a long hike. Owners were very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the fire pit area on side of house.

Boonies

Etc….
Home located a bit out in the boonies but had easy access although driveway a little rough in areas.
Owner very helpful with any questions we had.

Great get-away

Mountain Retreat
Posted Nov. 9, 2023 on HomeAwayWe spent a wonderful week in this marvelous cabin. We, three adults and one dog, enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with all the necessary gadgets. Sitting in front of the fireplace at night allowed for relaxing, meaningful family time.

Relax at Katie Creek Resort

Posted Oct. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayCommunication with owner since beginning of rental process went perfect. Arrival and entry info smooth.
The great room layout was very comfortab Hot tub and fireplace nice on a couple of chilly nights. Kitchen has everything you need but didn't do a lot of cooking. Being well located Between Franklin and the Highlands there are a lot of good places to dine in or pick up.
Plenty to do outdoors. Played the Mill Creek Golf course. Course well maintained and scenery beautiful. Take the drive to see cliffs on Whiteside Mountain.
