I was in Franklin for a couple nights in between travel. It’s a beautiful little town. Location was super convenient to highways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Updates on the horizon but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I will stay again if I find my way in this neck of the woods again.

Waited 10mins before anybody came to check me in...ac barely worked, the refrigerator didnt work made the room smell after opening it...

FLIES! Otherwise good

However there were flies everywhere in the room to the point we did not use any of the towels or shower or anything in the room. If flies were not there I would give it a 4 stars, as everything was good not exceptional.
Also pet fees for conditions of rooms are a bit high if you have a pet, more than the $30 their website says.

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for negative experience due to the flies. We had the room treated for flies, and we were told that maybe dead flies might be found. We noticed that there were few dead, but there were still several alive so we are working with them to get the room completely treated. The pet fee varies based on number of pets, size of pets, and the number of nights. Due to inflation, price may seem high; although, it's a minimal fee from our stand point.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Absolute garbage fire of a stay. Booked same day because our travel plans changed and we needed somewhere cheap. We weren’t able to arrive until 10pm. It’s my acct but I don’t have a debit card currently, so my mother came inside to pay with hers. First the jerk at check in gave us soooo much trouble. Rolling his eyes, scoffing and saying he wishes he could’ve canceled our reservation before we got there!! He tried to talk us out of the booking even!! He kept pressing the question about if we had pets with us, which we didn’t… just because I had a “dog mom” shirt on. He kept snidely saying that we’d “better tell him now or he will charge us for everything he can”. It’s 1030pm and I just want to sleep!! Finally we got to the room and were shocked… the door is a residential lock and key and the A/C unit didn’t work properly. The whole room was dirty and grimy. Then as I’m taking a shower, TWO ROACHES came up thru the drain!!!! Awful and disgusting… please pay the extra $15-20 to stay somewhere else!!!

If the credit card doesn't match the booker name then it's an invalid reservation, and it should be canceled according to our policy.
