Great location on the lake and near Pine Dunes Golf Course
Publié le 29 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was exactly as described! It was clean and smelled wonderful. Lovely being right on the lake. We really enjoyed the holiday decor. House is an easy 15 minutes drive to Pine Dunes Golf course.

The owners were very kind people who went above and beyond to make my family comfortable for a long weekend at their cabin. I appreciate their hospitality because I was there to celebrate the life of my father who had recently passed, and they made sure that we could check in when needed, check out late, and gave recommendations on everything I asked about. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on the lake. The home is absolutely darling inside, it’s very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. I can’t forget to mention the dock where we spent a lot of our time watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. If you’re looking for a place to stay on Lake Palestine, this is it! I almost forgot to mention that we had left some stuff at the cabin and Joel was kind enough to send it to us all the way back in California. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and your hospitality!

Girl's Weekend

Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Each bedroom had a box fan (which I needed because Walmart was out of stock). We were close to a grocery and liquor store. Also, much closer to Tyler than we realized so went into town to explore. Took advantage of being lake front and did some fishing.
We are already talking about this place for our next girl's trip!

The Deck at the Lake House
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy niece and I very much enjoyed the early morning coffee on the deck. We watched the migrating geese flying low to the water. The home was very clean and decor was nice and bedrooms were spacious.

Quiet get away for some family time
Publié le 20 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayVisiting to ride the Texas State Railroad in Palestine and wanted a family friendly option close to Tyler and on the water. The house has everything you need, loved fishing from the dock and making s’mores in the fire pit.

The house was really nice and having access to a private dock was wonderful. We caught quite a few crappie. It was a fun experience.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

We spent a few days during spring break and were very happy we found this place. The kids enjoyed fishing and loved the fire ring and horse shoe in the back yard. It was great to have a private dock just steps away from the house. Lake Palestine resort is within walking distance, so if you need extra bait, you don't even have to get in your car.

Great stay at Lake Palestine

It has the perfect amount of parking for 2 trucks with trailers & boats still hooked up. It's also about 2 minutes away from the boat launch at Lake Palestine Resort. I would gladly stay here again. Thanks!!
