Enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience in this adorable and inviting condo in Fraser. The cozy space offers a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a relaxing jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views.

To access this unit, you will need to ascend a set of stairs. Please be aware that, as it is located on the ground floor, it does not offer handicap accessibility.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

This majestic getaway condo enjoys an ideal location, less than 5 miles from the Town of Winter Park and only 4.2 miles from Winter Park Resort. A short 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the shuttle stop, where the FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off at the resort base village. There, you can partake in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Community Rec Center is a mere 0.9 miles away, offering multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.

This condo is just minutes away from Safeway grocery store and the Fraser Valley Shopping Center, where you'll find Wendy's, Elevation Pizza, Murdoch's Ranch, and more. In Fraser/Winter Park, you'll discover an array of excellent restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Mexican cuisine.

Beautiful Views
This condo was perfect for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids and this place had plenty of space. We didn’t cook (besides pizza we made one night) but the home had lots of cooking utensils and pans. We had one small issue with the gas fireplace not working but after contacting Charlotte, she sent a very nice man over to assist us. We also arrived a few hours earlier than planned and Charlotte was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Fraser / Winter Park area.

Ground Floor
It was advertised as a ground floor unit. Technically that was correct BUT to get to the "ground floor" you had to take 3 flights of stairs and 16 steps. I communicated with the owner on 2 occasions and this was never disclosed. It made moving my equipment into the unit very discomforting. It certainly is not handicapped accessible...not that I needed that...but it could be a surprise to a guest.

Comfortable Condo
It was very clean and suited us well. Super comfy beds, down comforter and great pillows. The place was well stocked with basic food supplies. We didn’t need to use any of the fans or humidifiers, but it was nice to know they were there. The only thing that was a negative was the lighting. The light bulbs were the bad LED’s that are too intense with the exception of a bulb or two. I know many people wouldn’t even notice but for me, that was the only negative.

Great location, beautiful condo
The unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of kitchenware. It is a nice private setting looking out on the trees, with no neighbors in view. Centrally located in Fraser and close to Winter Park.

It was a relaxing quiet environment. The window views were breathtaking. We really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities (coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, blender, mixer, different beautiful glassware for beverages and the many other choices in the kitchen, etc.). quick spring break getaway
The condo was very clean upon arrival. The two bedrooms are separated by the living space which is a nice feature for our family since we have young children who go to bed earlier. The second bedroom and bathroom were also closed off easily with pocket door. Great condo for a family!

Perfect two bedroom condo
My 21yo son and I came to Winter Park for a quick ski trip during his spring break. We were both thoroughly impressed with the property. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-built with quality construction materials, etc. We couldn't have asked for more. The check-in process was super easy (thankfully because we didn't arrive until 4:00am due to a flight cancellation) and the property manager made great recommendations for ski rentals, etc. The only criticism I might give, albeit minor, is to echo a previous reviewer's comment that the alabaster light fixtures do not allow enough light through. I'd recommend replacing the bulbs with significantly brighter versions. All in all, the property was better than expected and we'll definitely book it again for our next trip.

Great condo
We really enjoyed our stay! Condo is clean and stocked with everything you need. The bottom floor access is easy, and it sits in the back of the complex with a beautiful view of open space. Gorgeous! Teens played out there in the powder all afternoon after skiing. Host was very responsive to all needs. Only suggestion is the master bedroom needs way more light. Thanks for a great stay!
