Very nice condo!

I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views
Publié le 13 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was perfect for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids and this place had plenty of space. We didn’t cook (besides pizza we made one night) but the home had lots of cooking utensils and pans. We had one small issue with the gas fireplace not working but after contacting Charlotte, she sent a very nice man over to assist us. We also arrived a few hours earlier than planned and Charlotte was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Fraser / Winter Park area.

Skiing Winterpark

Nice and cozy
Publié le 21 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice but just a couple issues. Fireplace didn't work and has a workman in our place 3 days in a row. One of the bath towels had brown skid marks and shower head needs replacing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. It's disappointing when amenities like the fireplace don't work, and unexpected maintenance visits can be inconvenient. We apologize for the thermopile having to be replaced, but glad that we were able to locate the issue so it could be addressed. Additionally, the presence of a stained towel and a shower head in need of replacement are certainly not up to the standard we aim for. Your comments are important, and we'll ensure to pass this feedback along to both housekeeping & maintenance staff.
Hope you (despite it all) enjoyed your stay and we hope to be able to host you again without any hick-ups.
