Bel hôtel, mais on entend les voisins

Bel hôtel - Bons environs - Bonne connexion wi-fi - Bon petit-déjeuner. Seul déception: le fait d'entendre les voisins des chambres à côté: arrivé à l'hôtel près de minuit - belle chambre, mais voisins bruyants. Réception contactée et les bruits se sont arrêtés. Quel dommage qu'un hôtel soit construit sans pouvoir régler un tel problème. Info parking: il ne restait que quelques places de libres, comme signalé par d'autres voyageurs. Cela serait vraiment un problème, si on ne pourrait pas se garer près de l'hôtel

Dear Denis, Thank you for your recent stay with us at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Fraser, Colorado. So glad you enjoyed our hotel. Apologize for the noise at such a late hour. We do have quite time here. I am glad the front desk handled that issue for you. Sometimes it does get tight here for the parking. So far everyone has found a spot. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a wide amount of choices and was very good. Room was clean.

Expected more we always stay in holiday in express. This one is in need of a redo. The food was good and the service we received from the young man. The service when we got there was ok. The day we checked out the desk man made us wait for help for 5 min. While he had a personal call. Very unprofessional.

All the staffs were friendly. Room snd amenities all average. Should be a $150-$180/night hotel…we paid $400 for a one night stay. I felt robbed.
