Nestled along a quiet country lane, amidst fields and woodland lies a charming ancient farm conversion retaining many of its original features. The Manoir and three cottages surround a beautiful, calm and safe private courtyard.

Le Petit Manoir de Malbernat sleeps up to 25 in a large detached Manoir and 3 cottages surrounding a calm and beautiful courtyard. The whole site is available with exclusive use in July and August, otherwise the Manoir and cottages are individually available.

The accommodation consists of:
The Manoir sleeps 10 in a kingsize, a double and three twin bedrooms, dining for 16 inside and 25 outside.
Sunflower sleeps 6 in a kingsize and two twin bedrooms, dining for 8.
Wisteria sleeps 5 in one double, one twin and single bedrooms, dining for 6.
Poppy sleeps 4 in one double and a twin bedroom, dining for 4.

The Manoir and all the cottages provide very comfortable and well appointed accommodation with fully fitted and very well equipped kitchens. Surrounding a private courtyard which enables groups to socialise together yet gives the flexibility and space for guests to relax on their own. All cottages have private terraces with patio furniture and a barbecue which help to make outdoor living fun.

The Manoir has a large dining table able to seat 16 comfortably. We set up outside dining for the whole group of 25 and we have a marquee for parties on request.

The gardens have a variety of apple, plum, kiwi, hazelnut and walnut trees which alongside an abundance of local wildlife, including wild deer, red squirrels and many birds of prey that can be seen in the grounds, makes the location a haven for nature lovers. The warm, clear nights give a spectacular view of the star constellations adding to the overall tranquillity of Malbernat.

The courtyard provides a safe and calm place for children to play. Vines and climbing flowering plants create privacy between the cottages.

The Manoir benefits from its own private patio, garden and swimming pool (9m x 5m) with Sunflower, Wisteria and Poppy accessing the large garden and swimming pool (11m x 5m). Both pools have sun-loungers, parasols and pool alarms.

The large grassed area provides plenty of space to enjoy outdoor games such as football, badminton, rounders, as well as a Boules area, swings and a full-sized table tennis table. The games room has a pool table, and a wide selection of board games, jigsaws and DVDs.

Pets are very welcome.

Quality bed linen, blankets, towels and beach towels (for the pools) are provided. Cots, baby baths, highchairs, changing mats, potties and stair gates are available as are washing machines, irons & ironing boards.

English-speaking owners are discreetly on site - available to provide advice as to what's available in the area and to help in any way they can to make your holiday memorable.
