Lady’s fall retreat

Seven (mostly retired) girlfriends who worked for a large food service distributor, we love to cook, eat, drink, shop, and gab. The kitchen was great, the large dining room table wonderful for our elegant dinner. Easy access, plenty of beds, three and a half bathrooms! Very comfy living room furniture and cozy gas fireplace. The owner was a gem to work with, responded quickly to our questions, and made our stay stress free. Highly recommended this property.

Amazing place

Amazing views lots to do and perfect for a large group. Thanks to Lance the owner for providing us with a great place, we are planning to make it a yearly event.

Friends 23rd year R&R
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were 4 of us instead of the original 6 (illness in both cases). It worked out very well for us; and it would have for 6 also. It's remote, but was perfect for us for conversation, reading, Lynx game, puzzle, some walks. The fireplace kept the chilly weather at bay. It was clean, comfortable, and with a well-appointed kitchen. The host was great about responding to our questions promptly.

ATV Family Getaway

Weekend in Wisconsin

Instructions/directions worked perfectly. It was even better with the leaves just starting to change for fall!

Great weekend
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was beautiful with large spaces to come together and to spread out if you want. We sat for hours on the wrap-around deck talking and listening to the river nearby. The cabin had everything we needed and more! Lance was great as well, super accommodating and quick to respond. Definitely reference the written directions to get there, as our GPS was indeed going to take us to the wrong spot!
