Great location, comfortable stay but noisy upstairs neighbors
We will likely stay here again as it was a great deal for the space and location. It’s nice that they provide everything needed for a short term stay, you can tell there’s a lot of thought put into this place. Beds were pretty comfortable. Not really a complaint but just fyi that you can hear every step of whoever is staying upstairs. Our baby was able to sleep through it with his sound machine.

Perfect
My husband and I were in Frederick for our daughter’s graduation from a training. We wish we were able to stay longer. This property is in a great location to shops and restaurants. There is a bakery just down from it that was worth standing in line for! This property was perfect-amount of space, cleanliness, location, and it was so quiet! We are definitely planning on coming back and spending more time in this charming area and staying at this property again!

nice condo but needs updates
the location of the condo was nice- very easy walk to downtown Frederick. however, there were several issues with the condo itself (repair work needed) which i relayed to the property owner. hopefully these will be fixed for the next guest to improve the experience. the property owner was very responsive and apologetic, and noted these items to be fixed for future guests. house issues included hall shower not properly secured to the wall, master bath shower one shower head not working and also the toilet paper holder was broken. there were stains on the couch and side chairs in the living room that should have been cleaned. There was clear water damage on the dining room ceiling. There were no window treatments for the front and side doors for privacy. Additionally the TV remote batteries needed to be replaced, and we were unable to watch TV at night in the condo.

Great place in Frederick!
Location was GREAT! Parking a huge plus. Place had all OUR essentials and then some - good wifi, lots of hot water, coffee pot and an ice maker! Beds were very comfy. Washer/dryer looked brand new. Plenty of linens available. Loved the bathrooms and kitchen - great updates. Location could not have been better - right across the street from Carroll Creek Park - and everything was very walkable. Definitely recommend.

Great Location. Comfortable and spacious. Needs cleaning and handyman.
Overall our stay was just fine. We stayed with our family of four and the property was more than spacious enough for all of us. The property itself seemed pretty new but definitely showed signs of wear and tear (ie toilet paper holders broken and hanging off the wall, very dirty rugs, dirty decorative pillows and furnishings, doorknob was loose and falling out of the door, and very worn towels). There were also spiders and cobwebs everywhere and it did smell a little like a basement even though it wasn't. I think it's also worth noting that the outdoor space is really unusable because it is not kept up and there is overgrown grass and debris everywhere. I think the property could use a deep cleaning inside and out, along with steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and a little TLC and then would be an amazing place to stay right in the heart of Frederick. If all these things were addressed we would stay again.

An excellent renovation of an older property. Amenities were great with two stylish baths and a fully outfitted kitchen with laundry. The private parking out in back of the house was a plus.

Lovely city hideaway
This condo is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and updated. It looks spacious in the photos, but it felt even roomier. It’s a really pleasant place to stay in the city of Frederick - you are a short walk away from downtown restaurants, shopping and the lovely Carroll Creek Park. The bedrooms were very quiet with no street noise, (though you can hear people walking upstairs.) We would definitely stay here again.
