This cabin and the grounds are one of the greatest around in my family’s opinion, it was quit and allowed our family to have a great experience. If you have not stayed here you are missing out.

Short visit to Fredericksburg
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOver all stay was ok. We had some issues with understanding the property. Thought the pool was with our cabin and that there was a club house. That wasn’t the case. The Bathroom door handle was non existent and had to have assistance getting out. If you’re traveling with a child under 2 this cabin is not for you, stairs as well as balcony porch, the babies can fit thru and fall. Definitely dangerous. No instructions on what to do on closing or cleaning.

Injury and no hot tub as stated
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe door to the bathroom had a porcelain knob on it that broke in my hand and caused me a trip to the ER within less than 20 minutes of arrival. There is no hot tub as stated and the pool is actually on the property, however, it is at a different cabin which leads you to believe you do not have a. Ed’s unless you rent that specific cabin.

We are very sorry for the door knob and have taken all the steps to take care of you, as you know. We hate accidents of any kind as well and try to do the right thing and make the best of it.
I am sorry for the confusion with a hot tub. The ranch does not have a hot tub nor do we advertise a hot tub. The amenities lists a spa with a description of a jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. I can see where this might have caused the confusion and have deleted that amenity.
The pool is open for all our guests from 10am-5pm, as is specified in our description of amenities. It is separated from the closest cabin with a fence.

Peaceful and rustic
Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery quiet and lovely setting. The cabin was rustic without being kitschy, views off the back porch were pleasant, and the rooms were set up to allow for reasonable privacy on each side. I’d stay here again or recommend it to others.

Best of two worlds
