Roku streaming TV with tons of channels. Comfy queen bed. Private bath has huge 3x5 shower with rainhead and plenty of extra towels tucked away in the vanity. Quaint Casita
This is the perfect place for a couple and a couple of dogs. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. Parking, private walk, fenced yard for the dogs with poo station. We traveled with our Boston Terriers. There's plenty of room for setting up a kennel. Smart floorplan. We will return!

This is our new go-to!
This is a darling casita. Wonderful amenities and gorgeous yard. Tara was the perfect host. This was our first trip with our dog to Fburg and she made us feel so at home and welcome. We will most definitely use this location in the future.

WARNING - You may be spied on
All of the 5 star reviews are accurate with the exception of the unit being entered while we were not there by the male property owner. We setup a camera with audio to monitor our dog to make sure he behaved when we were out. We were startled when our phones went off with a person alert while we were at breakfast, only to see the male owner in the unit. The dog was not barking and there was no eminent danger so there was no reason for him to enter. All of our personal belongins were visible, as we had no reason to believe they should not be as we had all of the blinds closed. While I understand it is his property, according to Texas law and VRBO the entering of a rented unit is against the renters rights and is a violation of privacy. We reached out to VRBO and they said it was within our rights to leave this review and they are sending a warning to the owner. If the owner receives a second warning, they will no longer be able to rent through VRBO.

Our stay was awesome, one of the nicest places we have stayed! Perfect location, quiet but super close to the main street! Tara and her husband, were warm and welcoming made us feel right at home! Don’t hesitate to book-it’s a lovely place! The hosts made everything so easy and they are so sweet. The place is beautiful and so adorable. The bed and linens were so comfortable. Charming Hospitality
The casita is charming, comfortable and well equipped. The size makes it perfect for 1 or 2 guests. The location is far enough from the hustle of Main Street to be quiet yet close enough to easily get to shopping and cafes. Ultimately though, it is the Host that will make or break a stay and in this instance, the Hosts were all about making sure the stay was perfect. You couldn't ask for a more generous Host. This is a great place to stay if visiting the Fredericksburg area. Highly recommend.
