Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The water closet for the toilet and shower was about 6'6" tall and dark. They dot change out your towels unless you ask them too, but they did not inform me of that. Breakfast was overcrowded and not that good. On a positive, it's close to main steet

We are sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We are trying to be more green and offer fresh towels and trash removal on request only. There are always towels available at the front desk. Our breakfast gets rave reviews and on weekends can be very busy.

We’ve stayed at this property many times and have always had our room cleaned, bed made and so forth. This time they did not and lady at front desk said they stopped doing that. If this is true it does not look good on this property at all. Especially it being as pricey as it is. Super disappointed in this.

We are trying to do our part for the environment and be a little bit more green. With that being said towels are always available from our front desk staff. We apologize that you weren't told about the request only towel and trash service for your stay.

Not was I was thinking, but slept well.
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed there for a friend’s wedding. Upon arrival, I was disappointed in the appearance based on the computer’s portrayal. It’s just older than I was expecting. The room therefore was also had some of the same. And our room had no windows - felt stuffy. We slept fine and it was clean.
