Cute Property in a Great Location
We were in Fredricksburg celebrating my birthday and this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. In a great location for downtown shopping and restaurants but not to far to enjoy everything Luckenbach has to offer. Property was clean and host a as easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our 2 couples. Plenty of room, plenty of amenities and so cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. Great place to stay, close to winery's and shops downtown. Overall the property was very nice, But the carpet in the bedrooms was not that clean looking. Also the towels in the linen closet and bathrooms were still damp. They were clearly clean, but probably just not dried long enough.

Outstanding Property!
Our stay at this VRBO property was outstanding! The location was prime and incredibly serene, providing the perfect getaway. Everything is close by including a short drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The house itself is beautifully decorated and clean. We only used one of the two bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a nice added bonus . We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property and plan to rebook in the near future. Thanks Philip!

What a wonderful property
My sister & brother-in-law met us for a Christmas shopping weekend and we all stayed in this comfortable, clean and quiet condo. We cooked one meal and the kitchen was great. We appreciated the two separate bathrooms, as well as all the big TVs and electronics plug-ins...and of course, the complimentary bottle of wine! Parking right outside the door was helpful for my brother-in-law. Ottomans in the living room are the only things that we found missing.

Overnight stay in Fredericksburg
The unit was nice but a few things were needing attention. The 2nd bathroom shower head had a build up of calcium from the hard water that it barely had any water coming out. Our guests that traveled with us used our main bathroom shower in order to get a decent shower. Some other minor things were noticed and photos were sent to the host who immediately responded that they were aware of it and were in the process of working to fix them. Overall it was a nice place but in need of a little better maintenance.

Perfect and Cozy
This is a super cute, super clean and cozy place to stay. It is very close to Main Street while tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to take morning walks and felt very safe. Has the conveniences of being home with a washer and dryer and fridge to chill wine or keep your leftovers. We were very pleased and already planning our trip to stay here again next year.

Lovely facility complete with coffee and cream. Only thing missing was an iron which I spoke to the management about and there is an iron there now. I would highly recommend this location as it was safe and private and have a small patch of grass to run your toes through in the front. Highly recommend.

Perfect Fredericksburg Getaway
Although we were only able to stay one night, this townhome was a lovely and welcoming home! The decor was beautifully southern and perfectly matched the Fredericksburg vibe. The house has a great layout with two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. It’s a convenient location to wineries and Main Street. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a quick 1 night stay in Fredericksburg, for a concert in Luckenbach. This place was new, clean, great location and perfect for the two couples that were staying. The host was very good about answering questions and sending check in instructions. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent 2 bedroom stay
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is truly excellent. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. The location is very quiet and is conveniently close to main street. The unit itself is very modern, clean, large, includes all the modern appliances, a full linen closet and plenty of parking right outside. They even had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. As for the local area, Texas Hill Country is spectacular in the spring. We saw colorful wildflowers by the thousands along of our travel routes, while also seeing virtually no traffic.

Great place!
Very clean, well appointed. Great price/value and perfect for 2 couples. Great location! Only constructive feedback is that walls are thin. We had to bump up the Sleep/Sound machine we brought a bit. Would stay here again.
