Short Getaway after Christmas
Publié le 8 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayIt was cold outside and warm in our little house. It doesn't get better than that. We left the faucets dripping as it was 25 when we left at about 8:00 am.

Can't wait to reserve this property again
Publié le 5 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayUpon arrival, we knew we must book this place again and attempt to reserve the others units with friends next trip. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to everything on Main Street. A convenient location and the unit is cozy, updated, and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the bed provided a good night's rest as well. We absolutely loved it!! Can't wait to return.PS: the porch swing was an added bonus.

Sweet Retreat

Perfect for a trip to Fredericksburg

Great little get away
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis one room efficiency was perfect for me and my wife. It was a little further from the center of town than I thought because i had never been but plenty of stuff to walk to. The bed was awesome, walk in shower was great and the hot tub was relaxing.

Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate it. No. 1 is a sweet little gem that offers alot but still simple and enjoyable.
This property is on the west side of town, so, yes not quite near the center, but lots of good things to walk to on your way.

Cutest Stay In Fredericksburg
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay in unit No. 1. It was a quick walk to Main Street and the neighborhood was just the cutest. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was right out of a dream and the two chairs were perfect for eating breakfast and enjoying our coffee.
The host were outstanding with excellent conversation.
My husband and I spent the 4th of July In Fredericksburg and I would recommend it. The parade was awesome! Also, the firework show at Lady Bird State Park was the best!
