The bed was hard and the pillows flat. The AC was difficult to find the sweet spot. Too hot or too cold. The toilet seat was loose. Not sure how housekeeping didn’t notice when they cleaned the room. My wife almost slid off the toilet from how loose it was. Luckily I had a Gerber tool and tightened the seat down. The ceiling fan was coming apart at the ceiling. Reported that to the front desk when I left. Other than that, it was clean and quiet and walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg.

Always a reliable and very reasonably priced hotel with very courteous staff. We stay here often.

There were live roaches and a couple of dead ones in the room. I did not complain because the girls at the front desk were not the friendliest. David was very helpful when I called the morning of my arrival though!

It was very close to shopping and dining. It did have a cricket we kept seeing and couldn't locate in our room. I expected the room to be redone, but there were spots in the wallpaper that were coming up. Overall, it was a good place to stay last minute.
