Hot girls weekend

We were all in agreement with how much the owner worked to ensure we were comfortable. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, pool, hot tub, fire pit, sauna, and more. We will definitely be back!

Nice Get Away
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The artwork was interesting. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the peace and quite since it was out in the country. The large coffee maker didn't work so that was a little aggravating, but we made it work with the single cups. That was a small thing...everything else was very good.

Great location just outside of Fredericksburg
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great size for a family. It is an apartment attached to the main house but has privacy for the apt and the pool and hot tub. Very clean, quite and safe. We are use to living on acreage so this was perfect fit for us. Very short drive to FB. Host provided most everything you would need and very quick to respond to questions/concerns.

Beautiful pool great location

The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The perfect getaway

We found the perfect spot with this house and ranch. Everything we needed and more were available and a short drive took us to a great Texas town of Fredericksburg. We loved it, even our picky teenagers. We'd love to stay here again.

Not a fun stay

We asked for an early check in and was told that it wouldn’t be ready bc someone had it the night before, completely understandable, no problem, see you at 4. Once we got inside the floors were filthy. Melted chocolate on the floor behind the table, crumbs and dust on the floor and in every corner. It was so hot (last weekend in June) and the window ac unit was set at a high 70 something. We turned it down and started unpacking. One of the rooms with the king size bed had no ac and the ceiling fan did NOT work. I sent a message asking if there was any way to get air to that room. I got no response. We had to leave and go to Walmart where we spent over $60 on fans just to be able to sleep in that bedroom. Later that night we were folding out the sofa beds and the sheets that were on the sofa bed was full of cookie crumbs and large pieces of cookies. We also found that there were dirty towels, rags, etc that had been left in laundry hamper in the bathroom. The owner or someone also lives in the house but has a separate entrance, we only seen them once but it was still very uncomfortable for me, I wouldn’t even get in the pool for that reason.

I am so sorry you had a bad experienceI truly this has never happened before I was unaware of all the issues Maria the property manager normally is very quick to respond and has always been very responsible and is very quick to answer she did not receive a call. The issue with the sleeper sofas is crumbs do get to the bed I will make sure they are not placed on the mattress thank you for letting me know. I am the only one that sometimes stay there but I was not there I normally travel most of the time the only one that goes throughout the day is my property manager she does not stay on this property also this property is not a rental. Again I am very sorry and will make sure all the issues are taken care of. If you decide to come back let me know and I can make it right either a discount or a free night stay. Thank you very much for your feedback it is greatly appreciated.

Yearly 4th of July Getaway
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was excellent in our opinion, close to town but out in the country. There was enough room for our crazies and they enjoyed the pool, of course. The area was quiet & peaceful. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas (made smores & BBQed). My bed was too soft for my back, but thats my problem...lol. The TV in the main room/kitchen area didnt have cable. Also, the main area (kitchen area/bedroom/bathroom) didn't have central air, just a mini split. The rental was not quite what we expected, but we made it work.

Peaceful and Beautiful
