Our first room hadn’t been cleaned and the shower was still running at 7PM. Garbage bags were in the hall but with no cleaning team in sight. The sheets from the second room pull-out bed were stained and the side tables hadn’t been dusted in n a long while. We went to relax in the pool and it as so full of flies that it wasn’t pleasant. Since it was completely clean this morning, I guess the person working this morning did his job better than the guy playing on his phone yesterday. It is a shame because the facilities are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and surprisingly well equipped. The breakfast was perfect and the gym is very well equipped. Everything was well thought of. It is a shame the people hired to clean and keep up the facilities are not doing their jobs.

Our apologies for the oversight by our Housekeeping Team and we are glad that we could quickly relocate you to a new room immediately once we were made aware of the issue. We have taken measures to prevent these issues from occurring again in the future. Unfortunately, as with outdoor spaces such as our pool, we are unable to prevent flying insects.

Hôtel très bien. Propre et moderne. La seule raison que je donne un 4* est le fait que le déjeuner, piscine et salle d’entraînement est dans un édifice à 5 minutes de marche de l’endroit (c’est un complexe de condos). Donc, à considérer pour certains. Autrement, le déjeuner était délicieux. Un des meilleurs déjeuners compris dans un hôtel.

Seule point négatifs dans la réservation ça dit déjeuner compris mais il n'y a pas de déjeuner

Thank you for the positive Feedback. We are sorry that you were unable to locate where we serve our daily Continental Breakfast. For future visits, walking, as well as driving directions are located on your TV as well as on your kitchen counter.

Booked for a couples getaway. We thought we had access to a pool, pool tables, free breakfast, etc. We technically did although they were not near our building, located down the street in an apartment complex. Inconvenient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The person above or beside us blared music and was rolling something around all night. So rooms are not sound proof.
