Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HotelsChambre délabrée, planchers brisé, aucune poubelle a l’intérieur de la chambre, mais une poubelle débordante a l’extérieur. Accueil pas très agréable, la personne avait l’air a bout. Le matin du départ la personne sur place était plus agréable. Vraiment très déçu.

Chambres aucunement comme la photo. J’ai seulement un seul mots qui me viens a l’esprit INSALUBRE!!!!!! J’en ait vue des chambres dans ma vie et c’était la pire à vie et je ne suis aucunement difficile lorsque c’est seulement pour dormir. Nous sommes finalement allés dormir ailleurs mais si nous avions payé. Je ne peux comprendre Expedia de s’associer à un hotel comme ça!!

I was about 40-45 min early for check-in, and was flatly told "check-in is at 3." Nothing more. I left and came back at 3, was checked in, staff was friendly, but, going into the room- mini fridge COVERED in rust, mold in the shower, headboard hanging half off the wall, cracks in the wall paint, the floor boards had all been worn away, and were broken, the A/C wouldn't turn on at all, so they switched us rooms, the keys kept not working in that room 4 times til finally maintenance had to come and the A/C didn't work in that room either. They had managed to fix the air in the first room by then so we switched back AGAIN, the maintenance had to change the batteries in the second door so the keys would work at all, So, we ends out staying in the nasty room. There was ONE pillow on each bed and cigarette burn holes in the comforter, the walls were filthy, and the lampshade above the nightstand was burned and busted off the lamp. The lights didn't always come on, and once the TV got turned off it wouldn't come back on, the shower water was either SCALDING or ICE COLD, it was a train wreck! Had I had the money, I would've left, but we had nowhere else to go that night. At the very least, we had clean sheets to sleep in. Otherwise, just because I booked through a cheaper booking site, SHOULD NOT mean I get out in the NASTIEST room in that place!! Clearly someone had been living in that room for a long time prior, and they just never repaired anything. It was disgusting.

dear kim thank you for letting us become aware of the issues.im happy to hear that our maint dept was on point to solve the problems that came up and that our staff was friendly.please accept my apologies for the inconvience of checkin being at 3pm.it takes time to put dirty rooms back on market after gursts vacate.

Cockroaches. Calk in tub, whole bathroom was worn and very dated. Building is very old and poorly maintained. No exterior or interior renovation or painting has been done for years gone by. No hope, god bless them. They are holding on to a poorly sustaine relic.
