Summary:
Get away for a few days and enjoy some time in this remodeled studio, just 2 blocks from the heart of it all and wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker and go exploring! Afterward, come back and relax in your own private hot tub! Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites. to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 1/3/2025: Gillespie County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

We didn't realize that this tiny house was divided into 2 rooms. That wasn't so bad, however, the "neighbor" left their porch light on ALL NIGHT and it was very bright shining into the glass of our doorway. Very disappointing.

Great location for walking distance to Main Street, also very clean nice house. Only issue we had was FREEZING cold showers, we could not get the water to be hot all weekend. Also we had some loud neighbors in the room next to us, which is uncontrollable but something to consider if staying here in future.

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tubs were not so private, you could see through the fence at the neighbors hot tub and you had to walk out the front door and to the side to get to the hot tub. It was chilly when we stayed and they supply bath robes but they were s/m. The first few days we were the only ones in the whole house and when ithers showed up and we were showing, the water got ice cold and i had to finish my shower in ice water.

Perfect quick get away
Property was perfect! It was walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants The studio was perfect for my friend and I. The hot tub worked great and the view of the stars was amazing! Nice, clean property within walking distance to main street, shops, restaurants, and bars. Hot tub was clean, neighborhood was quiet, plenty of towels in bathroom. Only issue was that the porch light from the the neighboring unit shines right into the property so had to keep leaving notes every time a new person checked in.

Excellent two night birthday getaway
Loved the quarters. Beautifully furnished, super comfortable king bed, large whirlpool bath and shower. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Fredericksburg. Good natural light from windows during the day and from installed lighting at night. Be prepared to climb some stairs.
