⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trois Estate is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning architecture and the peaceful, rustic charm of the property. It felt like stepping into a European village nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and full of character, making it a truly unique experience. The attention to detail throughout the estate—from the chapel to the wine cellar—was incredible. We especially loved the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio, exploring the grounds, or enjoying the delicious food, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway or a venue with timeless charm, Trois Estate is the place to be. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

This is great for accessibility to Enchanted Rock and the views. If you're OK with a very rustic experience in an aesthetically external setting, go for it. The facility is charming as a whole, and the people at the property are kind and accommodating. The facilities themselves need attention, however, and it's pretty conspicuous: our bathroom door wouldn't close (no closing mechanism installed); the door to our room was barely secure; none of the remote controls for heat/air conditioning units activated any of the machines they were supposed to be connected with (even after shifting batteries); there was suspicious electrical and HVAC work in many places. Some careful attention to finishings would make the place remarkable, but our room wasn't quite there.

The property itself is quite far out in Fredericksburg, about a 25-30 minute drive to the nearest anything. The views are incredible from the property and the estate is very walkable. We stayed in “The Lodge”, it has this extremely ‘unique’ architecture that makes you raise an eyebrow or two…but also is interesting in comparison to any average hotel. The beds were average to any hotel bed, clean sheets, clean room. The only thing that caught our attention was how badly our bathroom in our room smelled. It smelt like cat urine extremely. This was recurrent in both of the rooms we were in. The property has cats roaming everywhere, so we just assumed the bathroom smell was from a property cat. The smell is definitely prominent and potent. I’m not sure how the caretakers of the property do not smell the bathrooms or why they are okay with putting guests into rooms with odor issues. Water went out at 10pm one night. We contacted the number on our welcome envelope and the owner was very polite and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The staff and caretakers are very kind and helpful. The property is ginormous for how many people we saw taking care of it, so it’s understandable that a large majority of the estate desperately needs some upgrades and fixes. The included breakfast in the morning was decent. Overall, our experience at the Trios Estate was definitely different than what we were expecting but the views of the beautiful hill country overpowered any issues we encountered!

Very close to enchanted rock. Dont stay here because you think its going to be a luxury resort, stay here for serenity, nature, and good people.

Love the location and property. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, our room was very cool also. Some small things could use some TLC and attention to detail, but overall great! We will be back when the weather is a bit nicer to take advantage of all Trois Estates has to offer.

We were looking for a unique place to stay near Fredericksburg and found Trois Estate. We love lodging that offers an experiential element. Trois Estate did not disappoint! Every team member was hospitable, helpful and friendly. Live music by Keith in the saloon was so much fun. From the grotto to the dining room, every facet of this place is something out of a storybook. We spent time star gazing and it was the most spectacular view we have ever seen. The rooms are rustic and yet so comfy. If you’re looking for a place to have an experience, Trois Estate is it. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was spectacular, the service excellent, we were very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot as a family, we definitely want to return soon, but next time we will stay for more days. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
