Commanding 180 degree plus breathtaking views on a private 400 square foot porch overlooking the town of Frederiksted, surrounding hills, Caribbean sea and National Wildlife Refuge at Sandy Point. Quiet and restful. Access to over 20 beaches within 1-2 miles, great snorkeling, close to dive shops, seasonal turtle watching, jet skiing, horseback riding, close to the rainforest and the boating community.
Caribbean Tradewinds blow east to west- the house is positioned in an east-west direction and has glass, screened, louvered windows and doors providing constant airflow- you can feel the breeze in the house- no need for air conditioning. In addition, the vacation unit has 10 ceiling fans-including bathrooms. Benefits are clear: access to cleaner air, better sleep surrounded by nature's sounds.
