Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, excellent view of the ocean from my balcony.
The area around the hotel was unsafe to walk after dark

For the price that I paid - I expected a much nicer hotel. The hotel has an excellent view of the Caribbean sea, however it is in a very desolate area. it also has easy access to the beaches. When the cruise ships aren't in - there aren't too many businesses open for business. It is good for walking to places, during the day, but not sure how safe it is at night. I saw a lot of homeless people around. The area has yet to recover after the 2017 hurricanes. One day we didn't have hot water for our showers. Not sure that there are too many better hotels in this area. But we were disappointed. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful - but the area has some issues.

Thank you Karla for your review! We do have some government agencies that have been really trying to work with the homeless population on their health and living situations lately. It is very sad to see but the good thing is they don't beg they help keep our town clean, help us locals, and make money to live by washing cars. We have come a long way on recovering from the hurricane. Especially our 54 year old building. I am so sorry about the hot water! I hope the staff was helpful in that aspect. I hope you do return and give us another shot! And definitely see what promos we have to offer at the time on our page!

The staff was very nice and sweet accommodating!! One of the best parts was sitting on the balcony right in front of the ocean!
