Enregistrement très limite, nous avions avions vraiment l’impression de déranger la réceptionniste ! Chambres donnant sur la rue et donc très bruyante. le matin : petit dej correct et accueil satisfaisant

Prix intéressant mais nuisances sonores de la rue

Prix intéressant cependant chambre donnant sur la rue qui est assez passante et il n'y a pas de double vitrage donc attention aux personnes sensible aux nuisances sonores. Cependant très bonne literie

Reposant et literie confortable

Pour : Literie - agencement classique comfort inn de ne pas de surprise (agréable ou désagréable )
Contre : Les canalisatiOne qui semblent obsolètes au regard des commentaires des autres clients et notre baignoire bouchee
Hôtel situé en périphérie de Monterey - qqes magasins en proximité mais plutôt zone activité banque et industrie - chB classique comfort inn - bonne literie - nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'une baignoire bouchée - nous sommes allés dans la chB des enfants et le,probleme était résolu - bon déjeuner -

did not check in since there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the hotel

Mold in the shower, everything was fine, just blah.

We rented 2 rooms. Our room was missing a desk and the lamp was unplugged sitting on the floor. We had coffee fixings but no coffee maker. Alarm clock was behind the TV. bathtub had no stopper and missing the cover in front of the tub. They never made the bed the next morning for some reason, they replenished the towels, but that was it. The second room the cable plug had been ripped out of the tv and the front of the tv had a crack in it. Needless to say it didn't work. The iron was missing. They made the bed but didn't replace the toiletries.

Carpet was dirty, bed was worn out and hard/extremely uncomfortable. Nine of the ten Cinemax Stations either had no audio or were in Spanish. Free breakfast was pathetic at best. Didn’t eat any of it…Coffee machine looks like it has never been cleaned. The coffee was not drinkable, tasted burnt and old/dirty. However the water pressure ( shower ) and temperature were good and the lighting in the bathroom was adequate.
