Publié le 3 août 2023 sur HomeAwayMouse poop on countertops, dinning table, furniture, all over the floor. Vacasa will not get back to me despite several emails and phone calls. I never asked for a full refund but I did ask for appropriate compensation for having to clean the rental everyday of mouse poop. I unfortunately had to kill a mouse. Vacasa does a very poor job of dealing with their renters. I will never use Vacasa again and will tell others to avoid them as well.

Our homes are treated quarterly for pests, and our property manager has assured us that they are taking preventative measures to combat the entrance of unwanted critters.
